Job description: Job Summary Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- Diploma in Payroll Administration or Human Resources.
- Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel, including experience using formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
- Advantageous: Pastel Payroll
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly wages for approximately 100 staff members, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Oversee and manage the payroll process for outsourced weekly casual wages.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, update employee information and handle payroll-related queries and compliance matters.
- Support HR functions including but not limited to employee onboarding documentation, maintaining staff records, and assisting with general HR administration.
