- Education
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR management or a related field
- Experience
Min five years of experience in HR, such as talent
acquisition, benefits administration, people management
- Industry : Manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the plastic and packaging industry.
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent to support its growth objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Champion initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures that mitigate risks and promote fairness and transparency.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development while ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the change process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR, leveraging insights to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
