Job description: Our client is a retreat in Knysna, South Africa, and is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join their team. This role requires professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and care. The HR Administrator will oversee all essential HR functions, while providing comprehensive support to staff, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Location: KnysnaSalary : R 12 000 to R 18 000What is required:The HR Administrator should provide continuous assistance to managers and employees in the company with respect to HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation and wellness. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works without supervision and takes on projects independently while maintaining a high standard of work quality (attention to detail is important). The HR Administrator will report directly to the Group HRM in Cape Town.Minimum Requirements:
- Applicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organizational / Industrial Psychology
- People Management
- Computer literate with strong MS Office experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar position
- Familiar with all Human Resources legislature and amendments
- Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 is advantageous
- Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
Expected salary: R12000 – 18000 per month
