- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum of 2 years), ideally within FMCG, catering, or hospitality.
- Sales Savvy: You know how to grow revenue, nurture client relationships, and are not afraid to dive into new business.
- Tech-Ready: Proficiency in G Suite, MS Suite, and CRM software.
- Personality: Self-motivated, results-focused, and driven by deadlines.
- Extra Edge: A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
Your day-to-day:
- Craft and execute sales strategies to boost both new and existing client growth.
- Develop tailored proposals, analyze market insights, and identify key opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets while staying passionate about Green Homes mission for sustainable, plant-based packaging.
