Job description: Job Summary RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE MANAGER VACANCY! Our company is looking to hire a talented young ( in their 20s )and energetic Receptionist & Office manager to join our family! We are based in Fourways and would love the ideal candidate to be staying close by for traveling purposes. Working hours :Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm 15000k cost to company Minimum of 1 year experience required in a similar field . NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY Job Scope: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to correct staff. Take and relay messages to correct person. Greet people coming through company front doors. Direct persons to correct destination and correct person/s to meet with. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Provide general administrative and clerical support to all departments within the company. Schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain appointment diary electronically on Outlook. Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering/serving of refreshments. Monitor and maintain office equipment. Tidy and maintain the reception area. Coffee/tea to be served to the Director and C.E.O. Secretarial duties.
