Job description: A Busy 4* Safari hotel with over 80 rooms and restaurant, offering various safari activities (for residents and day visitors) seeks a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sous chef, accustomed to dealing with large volumes. Do not apply unless you are open to relocation (at your own cost), living in a remote area and you have ALL the Essential requirements:-
- Matric and related hospitality management qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sous chef position in 4* hotel with over 100 rooms or conference centre for over 500 pax
- Strong buffet, banqueting and food productions skills for upto 600 pax
- Must be able to work under pressure, and deal with high volumes – breakfasts/dinners for upto 200 pax and lunches for upto 600 pax
- Team worker with Stable track record essential
- Own transport
