Job description: Padel Club Manager – Hospitality Group – Cape TownFull job descriptionOperations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of the club, including scheduling courts, managing bookings, and overseeing club facilities.Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage club staff, including coaches, receptionists, and maintenance staff.Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests. Address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.Events and Tournaments: Plan, organize , and oversee padel events, tournaments, and other activities to engage members and attract new customers.Marketing and Membership Growth: Develop marketing strategies to grow club membership and increase participation in events. Collaborate with local businesses and the community to promote the club.Budget Management: Monitor and manage club expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality services.Maintenance and Safety: Ensure that club facilities and equipment are properly maintained and meet safety standards.Qualifications:Proven experience in managing a sports club or recreational facility (experience with padel is a plus).Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to plan and manage events, including tournaments.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.Budget management experience.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports facilities.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with padel as a sport, including rules, equipment, and player needs.Marketing and social media management skills to promote the club and attract members.Strong problem-solving abilities.First Aid certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Access to club facilities.Between 3 – 5 Years
