Job description: Job Summary We are hiring the services of a hotel receptionist who will be responsible for taking bookings, checks our guests in and out of the hotel, allocates rooms and keys, and is the main point of contact between the guests and the staff. Duties Greeting visitors. Managing security and telecommunications systems. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
