- 2-3 years as a Creditors Clerk or Financial Assistant. A formal financial qualification is beneficial.
- Prior experience in hospitality is highly advantageous, with knowledge of POS, booking systems, and stock control software.
- Highly organized with excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Presentable and adaptable, capable of interacting with guests if needed.
- Strong administrative skills, including handling petty cash, invoicing, banking, and payroll processing.
- Competent in Xero Accounting, TallOrder, Microsoft Excel, and Uniclox Clocking System or similar platforms.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Preference for candidates residing in Franschhoek or nearby, with their own reliable transport.
- A strong track record with contactable references is required.
