You’ll ensure the hotel’s interior and exterior, including landscaping, pool, and all facilities, are maintained in tip-top condition. From managing repairs to overseeing equipment maintenance, you’ll keep the hotel looking its absolute best!Key Responsibilities:🏞️ Lead and manage the maintenance and gardens team
⚒️Oversee and coordinate all maintenance tasks, including emergency repairs
🔌 Keep the hotel’s structural, mechanical, and electrical systems running smoothly
🚰Manage water systems, air conditioning, and heating systems
🔥Oversee fire protection equipment and safety inspections
🏊♂️Maintain appliances, geysers, and pool systems
💡Monitor energy consumption and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations
🗜Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure high standards are metWho You Are:A maintenance all-rounder with knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems 🎯
Experienced in hospitality maintenance (preferred) 🏨
