Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 and a Culinary Qualification
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Sound understanding of a computerized stock management system.
- Sound knowledge of recipes and costing.
- Manage and lead a Kitchen Team
- Computer Literate (Excel & Word)
- Financial Knowledge
