- Matric
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a similar field
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a related field at a 4 or 5 star lodge
- Must have a strong Food and Beverage background and knowledge
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to lead a team of staff and be customer-orientated
- Must have basic administration skills and be well organized
- Must have a valid driver’s license
