- Oversee day-to-day lodge operations in the absence of the Lodge Manager
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through innovative and creative initiatives
- Manage, train, and motivate staff while driving hospitality to new heights
- Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and industry partners
- Implement quality standards and adhere to company practices
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of OPERA Systems or similar PMS system
- Computer literate with financial skills
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations
- Attention to detail and self-motivation
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary R8,000 – R9,000
- Live-in position with meals provided on duty
