- Deliver high-quality spa services and treatments that align with our Standards of Excellence.
- Prepare treatment rooms before guest arrivals and ensure cleanliness, including replacing towels and sterilizing equipment.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, such as recording sales and managing bookings using the InnKeeper system.
- Ensure that stock levels are sufficient and handle all purchasing activities accurately and efficiently.
- Efficiently manage guest pre-bookings, ensuring all reservations are recorded and accessible to the team.
- Arrange for additional therapists as needed for group bookings.
- Oversee the daily preparation and maintenance of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, saunas, and common areas.
- Work cohesively with other spa staff to achieve service excellence and provide outstanding experiences for guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in a spa environment.
- National Diploma in Health and Skin Care (3 years of study).
- Knowledge of reflexology and aromatherapy is advantageous but not essential.
- ITEC or CIDESCO certification required.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- High levels of personal reliability, presentation, and physical stamina.
Package on Offer:
- R7500 – R10 000 per month depending on experience
- Commission on treatments and product sales
