- Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement spa protocols, treatment programs, and customer care standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled therapists and spa staff.
- Collaborate with hotel management to align the spas goals with the hotels overall vision.
- Drive revenue by implementing marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling treatments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the spas pristine standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Relevant qualifications in spa management, wellness, or beauty therapy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A passion for health, wellness, and luxury service experiences.
