Job description: Hire Resolves’ Client is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join their team. The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, and enhancing the user experience on SharePoint platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development:
- Design and develop custom SharePoint applications and workflows.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.
- Implement solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, and Power Automate.
System Maintenance and Support:
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of SharePoint environments.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor system health and implement updates or patches as needed.
Integration and Customization:
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Customize SharePoint interfaces to meet user requirements and enhance functionality.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation and operation.
Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption and effective use of SharePoint tools.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies (e.g., MS Certified: SharePoint Developer, Azure Solutions).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Experience in using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST API, and CSOM/JSOM.
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools and integration.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
