- Excellent guest interaction skills

Responsiblities:
- Actively participate in food preparation, maintaining a hands-on role rather than simply supervising.
- Maintaining and improving the culinary experience for guests
- Menu planning
- Maintaining and improving food and health safety procedures and standards
- Managing and overseeing staff
- Staff training and development
- All administrative duties pertaining to the kitchen and employees
