Job description: Restaurant General Manager – Cape TownFull job descriptionOur client, well known restaurant chain seeks an experienced General Manager to run their new restaurants in Mauritius. The General Manager will be responsible for the management and overall responsibility of the restaurants. Supervision, performance management and effective delegation to various junior managers and staff to ensure an efficient and smooth-running restaurant. This position is open to candidates who will be receiving training in South Africa. Thereafter the position will be based in Flic En Flac for a minimum duration of 3 years. The Franchisee will pay for the flights to Mauritius and motivate for a 3 years work visa. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience for the right candidate.
