- Create and execute tailored business strategies for the country that align with overarching global goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and support staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Manage the financial performance of the country, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Identify and execute opportunities for expansion, including new locations and market penetration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders, such as franchisees, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure customer service is held in the highest esteem, ensure that all operational and strategic measures ultimately drive customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements * At least 8 years of demonstrated senior management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- FMCG/Retail experience is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Deep understanding of the local market and consumer trends.
- Passionate about making the customer happy.
- Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in managing P&L statements.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
Expected salary: R120000 per year
