Our Medical Client is looking for a General Manager in the East RandPOSITION INFO:

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the operations, driving strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a knack for efficient operations, and a strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure financial health.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Work closely with the sales team to reach business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Overseeing +- 47 employees and two Branches in JHB/CPT
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have a valid licence and vehicle
