Job description: The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to render a general administrative support specific service to internal staff.

Key Performance AreasSupport the mechanic division in respect of the following: Financial matters; Human Resources Management matters and Supply Chain Management matters; Manage defined theft and losses of the Construction Fleet Engagement with external services providers pertaining to the mechanical division.
CompetenciesKnowledge of Finance, HR and Supply Chain Mnaagement practices; Skills needed; Proven computer literacy in MS Word and Excel; Written and verbal communication skills; Problem solving; Creative thinking; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
