- Monday – Sunday
- 08:00 – 20:00 (shifts apply) | Trading hours will be reduced for winter months
- Rotate open & close + days off
REPORT TO: Spa ManagerSALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- R6,000 – R9,500 (based on experience & desired skills)
- Service Commission 10%
- Retail Commission 10%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- BONUS – Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
- Based in or within reasonable travel distance to SOMERSET-WEST
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of an Aesthetic/Spa Professional
- Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
- Confident retailer – ability to prescribe home care confidently
EXPERIENCE: * Therapy employment experience within a luxury day spa, high-end salon OR aesthetic clinic
- Senior Therapist / Lead therapist experience BONUS
- Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable BONUS
- high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience BONUS
- Experience working with active ingredients
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: * Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
- Confident performing a detailed skin analysis
- Confidently perform advance skin care treatments, peels and resurfacing treatments – BONUS
- Skin penetrating treatments including micro-needling / nano needling / Derma Pen / Skin Pen / CIT – BONUS
- Light-based therapies experience (LASER / IPL / LED) – BONUS
- Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Retail confident
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable
- Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
- Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
- Able to commit to working hospitality hours (weekends, major holidays and shifts)
Expected salary: R6000 – 9500 per month
