Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities:Achieve a constant reasonable growth rate (within reasonable seasonal parameters) within the following areas:
- Entirely new customers
- Consumption of existing customers
- Key Account development
- Managing & achieving sales volumes, targets & KPI’s
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Negotiating sales/pricing
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Traveling to various customers daily in the Southern Suburbs.
- General admin duties
Requirements:
- Culinary Experience or Qualification would count in your favour.
- Well presentable
- Able to talk on a technical level about food.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the FMCG industry.
- Computer literate
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent sales track record
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English,
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
The package on offer:
- R25 000.00 Basic Salary
- R3000.00 Travel Allowance
- Commission (variable) R1000-9000 on achievement of agreed targets
- Business Fuel Paid
- A laptop and cell phone provided
- Old Mutual pension Fund 5% employer / 5 % employee contribution after completion of 3 months probation
