Geographical area: Pretoria, Gauteng
Salary range: R 28 000.00 R 33 000.00 CTC pmThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Upholding quality standards.
- Manage and supervise the production team during their assigned shift ensuring members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Overseeing printing and finishing processes ensuring all processes are adhered to.
- Troubleshooting production related issues that arise during the production process and take corrective action as necessary.
- Overseeing the production schedule and ensuring production targets are met and that all jobs are completed on time.
- Ensuring all production related documents are completed.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and enforce procedures, rules and regulations.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Matric or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a fast-moving production / manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of printing production processes including lithographic and digital printing would be an advantage.
- Relevant qualification will be an advantage.
