2. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
5. Restock merchandise on shelves and racks.
6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
7. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
10. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.Qualifications:
1. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
5. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts during the festive season.
6. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
8. Knowledge of basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
