Our client in Airport Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, including at least 2 years in a Key Accounts Manager role. Experience working with PNP Key Accounts at the National Buying level is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, and exceptional organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. - A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field

- Proven experience in sales, providing tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Experience working in PNP Key Accounts at the National Buying level
- Must reside in Cape Town

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in industry-related problem-solving and negotiation
- Strong aptitude for resolving issues and negotiating effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
DUTIES:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key retailers, to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
