- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail or e-commerce
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Demonstrable experience with project management, social media strategy, SEO best practices, and lead generation
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Established press and media contacts are beneficial
- A technical understanding of APIs and website feeds is essential for this role
