This role would suit a mature and experienced debtor controller with over 5 years of expertise in debtor control, particularly in the FMCG or Retail sector. We are looking for a highly skilled Debtors Controller to join our team. The role involves overseeing the complete debtor’s function, with primary responsibility for managing debtor accounts,ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts, reconciling. Key Responsibilities: • Managing debtor accounts with precision and efficiency. • Proactively handling collections and negotiations. • Meeting and exceeding collection KPIs. • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. • Financial and ageing reports • Investigations & negotiations • Payment arrangements Requirements • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Debtors Control. • Background in FMCG or Retail debtor management is essential. • Matric certificate (non-negotiable) – must be presented upon application. • Proven track record of meeting KPIs with contactable, recent references. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
