Job description: Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Accurate preparation of ingredients for blending into the
oil following established recipes and methods. * Confirm all ingredients, ratios and weights are correct.
- Ensure that the blending process is carried out accurately
according to defined procedures * Ensure minimal product defects and downtime due toblending operations * Take blended oil samples to lab for testing.
- lean blending and material systems for product changes
and shutdowns. * Keep blending room and blending tanks area clean
- Communicate any important information to the
Production Manager, Supervisors and the QA Analyst. Requirements:
- Diploma or degree Food Tech/ Biotech/ Food &
Nutrition or Analytical Chemistry * 1-2 years relevant experience
- FMCG, Manufacturing sector experience essential.
- Proven ability to manage, maintain and deliver against Customer requirements.
- Analytical skills, communications skill, Conflict
