- Perform weekly reconciliation of statements
- Allocate direct payments and match them with daily banking records
- Communicate with retailers to resolve any issues or claims
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts for timely payment
- Accurately process direct invoices and credit notes
- Enter pro forma invoices and credit requests from other departments
- Apply interest charges to accounts on a weekly basis
- Ensure daily transaction records are balanced correctly
- Prepare and send payment data for bank transmission, then reconcile afterwards
- Complete additional debtor-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience
