Job description: Job SummaryOur client, in the Solar Engineering industry based in Johannesburg (Roodepoort and Rose Bank) is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team.Successful candidate will work on Renewable Energy and Construction Projects. Focus on: Electrical Engineering Projects, Off Grid Solar, Battery Energy Storage (BESS Containers), and Generators.3 to 5 years experience working for a Consulting or Construction Engineering company as a Project manager is essential.Role and Responsibilities/Experience needed:
- Office Administration experience.
- Onsite experience.
- Ensure smooth running from the start to completion of projects.
- Planning the project.
- Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members.
- Execution of each phase of the project.
- Managing the project’s budget and procurement.
- Communicating with all stakeholders.
- Needs to have good understanding of technical aspects.
- Experienced in commissioning complex electrical systems.
- Self-starter keen to join a fast-moving young team.
Salary: R35 000 to R65 000 depending on experience.Area: Roodepoort and occasionally Rosebank.
