- Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining strong communication channels.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and send regular progress reports to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend daily production meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute reports as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication between sales, procurement, quality, workshop, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
- Document Management: Keep reports and project-related documents organised, up-to-date, and accessible for team members and stakeholders.

Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company, especially in pump or mechanical equipment related industries
- Proven experience in project administration, project planning or as a project assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), ERP systems and project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools.
