Job description: Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.
- Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.
- Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.
- Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.
- Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literate with a valid driver’s license.
