Job description: Looking for a Product manager that will be responsible for the overall solution to ensure the integrated products are implemented effectively and optimally, ensuring the continuous successful functionality of the solutions.Key Requirements· Excellent understanding of IT, Computers, Web Applications, all components of IT Networks (wired and wireless).· Understanding of access control solutions.· Professional and Friendly Customer Communication skills through all channels, specifically on the phone and over email / online tools.· Ability and patiently to listen to client problems and to talk / guide them to a solution.· Ability to prioritize tasks and client requests.· Ability to manage suppliers and contractors.· Be hands-on with strong knowledge of professional IT installation practices.· A minimum of 5+ years in a technical environment (IT hardware/networks) that involved IT Product Management.Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to .
