The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting engineering teams with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
2. Maintaining and organizing engineering documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
3. Coordinating meetings and communication between engineering teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
4. Managing engineering budgets and expenses.
5. Assisting with procurement and purchasing of engineering materials and equipment.
6. Providing administrative support to engineering managers and team members.
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
8. Contributing to the development and implementation of engineering processes and procedures.Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Planning and Scheduling
- Technical Background
- Computer Literacy
- 3 Years Relevant Experience in a FMCG Environment
- 3 Years Post Qualification Experience
- 3 Years Relevant Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Valid Driver’s License (2 Years)
- Forklift License (2 Years)
