Job description: Job SummaryAre you an Electrical Engineering Graduate, ready to kick start your career?My client is looking for a dynamic Graduate join their continuous production plant.This is an excellent opportunity for a BSc, BEng, graduate in Electrical EngineeringThe role is designed to develop you into a fully-fledged Electrical Engineer within 3 to 5 years through our succession planning program.Key Responsibilities:Engage in all aspects of electrical engineering at a continuous production plant.Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on static production machines, equipment, injection molding, and blower machines.Service and repair heavy current and low current equipment.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives at the plant.Manage a team of 15 to 20 artisans and aides.Required Minimum Qualifications/Experience:Minimum of a BSc, BEng, degree in Electrical Engineering.Open to graduatesExperience in a static machine manufacturing environment (FMCG experience will not be considered).Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).Willingness to work hands-on and be continuously present on the shop floor/workshop.Our client operates on a 3-shift system, but the candidate will work day shifts.Must reside within a 30-minute reach from the site to assist with any plant emergencies.
