Job description: Our client in the Information Technology industry is currently looking for a Training Officer, in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development
- Schedule training dates in accordance with the Hotel’s Annual Training Plan
- Book & prepare all requirements for venues & facilitators including room set-up, preparation of training material, AV requirements & Food & beverage
- Reconfirm participants
- Capture training registers in accordance with Cathsseta Mandatory Grant for Annual WSP
Requirements:
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar HR position.
- HR, Training & Admin Experience (Essential)
- Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Language – both written and spoken.
- Sound interpersonal and organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outstanding Grooming and Presentation.
- Impeccable discretion and diplomacy.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent Administration Skills.
- Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Hospitality experience advantageous.
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, H&S & EE.
Remuneration:
- Up to R15 000 per month.
Expected salary: R15000 per month
