As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, working directly under the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with our luxury standards. You will assist in managing the kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring that every dish meets the high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor that our guests expect.
Your role involves a combination of culinary creativity, kitchen management, and leadership. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in menu planning, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene, and ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Over 3 years of extensive experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and creative culinary skills.
- Knowledge: Expertise in menu development and food quality control
- Compliance: Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
