What We’re Looking For: Sales Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience is essential (property experience a plus!) with demonstrated experience. Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Education: Bachelor’s degree or similar. Strong Communication: Confidence on the phone and excellent written communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft and remote working tools. Motivated & Results-Driven: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by achieving sales targets Relationship-Focused.
