Location: Sandton
Remuneration: R480 000 per yearRequirements:
- Matric or Technical High school education
- Tertiary Technical qualification would be an advantage
- Red seal qualification: Electrician
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.)
- A hands-on person who needs to get their hands dirty
Responsibilities:
- Overall maintenance of the plant in terms of appearance and repairs.
- Ensuring all equipment and fixtures, including shopfitting related items are in a good, clean, functional condition
- Inspecting facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance needed
- Supervising tradesmen/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of materials and equipment, where applicable
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Performing monthly site inspections at all company stores, on a tacit agreement, within the Gauteng region and actioning where appropriate
Salary: R35 000 R40 000 Depending on experience
Expected salary: R480000 per year
