Job description: Job Summary Clinical Research Training Manager (JB4802) Remote, for applicants living in SA Market Related Duration: Permanent We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Manager to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for a clinical research company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training initiatives to ensure all staff meet company and regulatory standards in clinical research. This role focuses on internal employee development and compliance with clinical research protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience developing and delivering training programs and have strong knowledge of clinical research and regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and health authority guidelines in Africa. This position is remote, with occasional travel required.
Expected salary: R16000 – 18000 per month
