Their projects are (nationally and internationally) which includes environmental and water projects, minerals exploration, geophysical survey and geotechnical project since its establishment in 2015.Job DescriptionYou will be required to:
- Identify opportunities for bid submissions and raising with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure tenders are informed by policy and guidance taking legislation and compliance into
account. * Creating and maintain a database of bid related documents and content for easy accessand future use. * Follow up of expiry of supporting documentation (Tax Clearance Certificates, ICASAlicenses etc.). * Managing and tracking of all costs and budgets.
- Leading and managing the tendering process for projects.
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking tender proposals, collaborating with various teams,
and ensuring that the Company’s bids are competitive and aligned with the Company’s.goals. * Tracking and reporting of bid outcomes, success rates and effectiveness of the bidding process.QualificationsRelevant qualification will be advantageous.Skills
- 5+ years of experience as per the job description
- Verifiable track record in bid management and of planning and developing compliant and
successful bids
