Job description: General Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance Technician)

R31 000 CTC Per month
My client in the East of Pretoria is urgently looking at appointing a suitable candidate in the abovementioned positionMinimum requirements:
- Must have completed grade 12
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (Preferably a Bakkie)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as report writing skills
- The suitable incumbent must have extensive experience in maintenance (at least 7 years or more) with regards to pool maintenance, general repairs of the Home Owners Association property, like welding, erecting of relevant structures, frames brackets, minor construction work and planting poles
- Managing petty cash
- Take minutes during maintenance committee meetings
- Identify and recommend cost saving measures
- Planning and scheduling of maintenance projects
- Conduct cost estimations of projects
- Be able to draft specifications in collaboration with Estate Manager for maintenance work before quotations are obtained
- To start ASAP (December)
