Job description: Job Summary Construction ManagerDiploma in Civil / BuildingOur Client is seeking a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to join their team in Heidelberg, Gauteng. - Building, roofing, steel structures, mass-concrete, formwork & re-inforcing
- Dam-building
- Road construction
- Irrigation systems
- Project planning
- Soil management
- Planting/cutting/baling of roughage such as eragrostis and teff
- Technical knowledge of farming equipment
- General house maintenance
- Water reticulation
- Pest and weed control integrated with ISO regulations
Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Civil / Building Diploma
- Extensive construction experience
- Conversant in both English & Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Strong farming skills
- Management skills – manage employees
- General administration including timesheets and overtime of employees
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Construction vehicles and equipment knowledge
- Construction cost & quantity surveying
