Job description: Our client in the lovely Western Cape winelands, is seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Control Lab Analyst to join their growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all aspects of the production process.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on wines, juices, and packaging materials.
- Perform routine chemical analyses and conduct experimental work.
- Improve and maintain quality systems and procedures.
- Manage sample administration and record results accurately.
- Troubleshoot production line issues and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Grade 12, with a tertiary qualification in Food Technology or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English).
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Expected salary: R15000 – 20000 per month
