Job description: KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You will have a tertiary qualification in either Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, coupled with 3-5 years experience in a Team Leader Production Supervision position, within the paint, petrochemical bi-product, slurry or chemical processing sector.
- You will have proven experience in HSE, Quality, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Staffing, Stock Control and related Administration, to include department budgets and expense management
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 is essential, as well as a solid track record in maintaining Health and Safety within a haz-chem plant.
- You will have natural leadership skills, be a superb planner and organiser and be willing to commit to a long service record with this client, due to the nature of the role and the training and cost that will be invested into the right candidate.
- You must have advanced Excel skills testing will be conducted
