Job description: As a Chemical Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately mixing chemicals and other substances according to specific formulas and procedures. - Measure and mix chemicals according to prescribed formulas and procedures.
- Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of mixing processes and results.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on mixtures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chemical Mixer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of chemical properties and mixing techniques.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a chemical handling environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
