Job Title: Operations Analyst – Trade Finance

Job description: We are seeking an Operations Analyst who has experience with Excel (Pivots) for our clientREQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Full understanding the company’s FICA, KYC, AML and Risk Monitoring and Compliance Programme (RMCP) Policies
- Onboarding and risk scoring of all new clients in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Timeous review of high risk scored clients and performing of FICA Audits
- Management of the drawdown processing function of all clients with the Trade Finance Division.
- Client Drawdown supporting document checking to ensure all predrawdown requirements are met (ie ensuring all conditions precedent are met).
- Drafting of Drawdown Documents for client signature.
- Loading of drawdowns on the CRM and loan management system.
- Ensure all drawdown request processed are managed within the client’s approved credit limit.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy, completion and reconciliation between the CRM System and Loan Management System
- Moving and clearing of transaction data in CRM
- Ensuring at all times the highest standard of data integrity
- Strong involvement to interact with clients.
- Client reminders of upcoming repayments.
- Client management in terms of upcoming drawdowns
