- Legal & Administrative Expertise:
- Assess claims efficiently and error-free.
- Administer high volumes of manual and electronic files.
- Handle legal liability issues, compliance, and claim recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of claims handling from start to settlement.
- Draft correspondence, research relevant information, and recommend claim outcomes.
- Conduct inquiries, compile evidence, liaise with stakeholders, and attend to payment processes.
- Possess the legal knowledge to decide on liability, handle various claim types, ensure regulatory compliance, and draft claim recommendations.
- Conduct Regulation 8 (bis) inquiries.
- Demonstrate interview and interrogation skills and ensure the safe custody of gathered evidence.
- Provide objective, unbiased opinions on matters.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of cases, identify potential irregularities, and proactively address them by involving relevant parties and obtaining accurate information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: LLB or relevant law degree, admitted attorney, 3–4 years post-admission experience.
- Desirable: Experience in insurance law or claims environments.
