Job description: Job Summary
- Co-ordinate administrative applications
- Allocation, monitoring, and supervision of the administrative section
- Invoicing of administrative applications for surveys
- Updating the fee book
- FEC applications for invoices
- Funding coordination with the bank for funds received
- Checking supplier invoices to quotes and coordinating invoices for authorization
- Follow up on queries from creditors
- Prepare and load EFT supplier payments
- Maintaining and updating beneficiary information
- Forward remittances to clients to indicate payments made
- Preparing credit notes as required
- Handling enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices
- Compiles repatriations for remittance
- Ad Hoc projects within the operations, admin and finance
